Processing Time
At K&L Label, we strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that during peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We use a third party platform for shipping.

At this stage we are not offering international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@knllabel.com.au. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details or other factors, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
